YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in close collaboration with the technical teams, you will develop the Percall Group's customers in Poland and digital transformation solutions (PLM, IoT, AR).
As a sales representative, your missions will be varied, and rewarding and carried out independently.

Your responsabilities include

  • Participating in the business development of your assigned scope​

  • Calling prospects and suggesting solutions to meet customer needs

  • Analysing the market and performing competitive intelligence

  • Supporting our growth strategy defined by the Percall Group Sales Director

  • Daily interactions with customers to gain insights into business problems and opportunities

  • Connecting insights with Percall expertise to bring added value to customers

  • Building relationships with new customers

  • Maintaining customers insights to maximize Percall’s business efficiency

Skills and experience

You have a university degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT, industry or sales, ideally acquired on digital transformation projects in the industrial software sector (sales, pre-sales, consultant).

You know how to capture the need and enjoy relationships with various interlocutors.
Dynamic and autonomous, achieving your goals drives your daily life.
With a good collaborative spirit, you stick to the human values of society.

You are fluent in Polish and English (both oral and written).

Knowledge of PLM/IoT would be a plus.

Location : Warsaw
Contract : Permanent contract to be filled immediately or on notice

YOUR ROLE

As part of an increase in activity, and under the supervision of the Group HR department, you will be assisting the Director of our Poland entity with administrative and HR issues.

Your tasks will be varied and will require good organisation, rigour, sound knowledge of Polish and French and professional discretion.

Your responsabilities include

  • Processing the administrative files of our future employees​

  • Liaising with legal bodies and service providers (health and safety, etc.) associated with declarations or other procedures to be carried out

  • Collecting and communicating variable data for payroll purposes

  • Handling various administrative requests

Skills and experience

You have a university degree in HR or an equivalent domain and an inital experience in administration, payroll or HR.

Your interpersonal skills, communication abilities and team spirit will enable you to work effectively with the team.

You carry out self-checks on both data entry and the monitoring of recruitment files and other assignments.

You will ensure that you are regularly informed about legal updates in Poland.

You have good knowledge of:

  • Labour law, social legislation, Polish administrative law

  • HR administrative management

  • Office tools, in particular the Office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

You have a good command of French and Polish, both spoken and written.
English would be a plus.

Contract : Part time permanent contrat, ideally 24h

YOUR ROLE

Within a dynamic company with more than 20 years of experience but with the spirit of a startup you will be able to evolve on PLM/MES/IIoT projects with large industrial customers in various sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive...
On the projects, you will be surrounded by a multidisciplinary team composed of experienced people (architects, developers, functionalists...) and will be under the responsibility of a project manager.

Your responsabilities include

  • Collect and analyze client needs

  • Translate the customer's business processes into the PLM / MES tool

  • Build solutions with internal development teams

  • Write functional specifications for customization taking into account customer requirements and surrounding information systems.

  • Configure the solution and follow the developments made by the internal technical teams

  • Participate in the management of the "design" phase of the IT solution (definition of solutions, participation in encryption, demonstrations, etc.)

  • Represent Percall and ensure customer relations

Training will be provided at the start of the position to allow you to increase your skills on "industry 4.0/ PLM" topics and the tools used by Percall.

Skills and experience

With a higher education level (Engineer, Master or equivalent) with an industrial (Manufacturing) or IT background, you ideally have a first experience in the industrial sector (factory, production lines, workshop) and want to link business lines and development teams.

Autonomous, rigorous, organized, you know how to manage your priorities.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to talk to different interlocutors.
An operational English will be essential to evolve on the missions which will be proposed to you.
Fluency in French or German would be a plus.

YOUR ROLE

Under the responsibility of a project manager, you join a multidisciplinary team and participate, as a Technical Consultant, in the support of our clients on projects of deployment of the PLM Teamcenter solution (projects in Poland or abroad).

Your responsabilities include

  • Writing technical specifications in relay of the elements provided by the functional consultant

  • The realization of the development / configuration of the solution

  • Implementation of tools and methods for configuration management, continuous integration and data migration

  • Participation in unit testing and deployment

  • Solution maintenance to meet production expectations

  • Autonomous treatment of complex technical subjects

Skills and experience

With an engineering background or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in the PLM/CAD field. You have a good knowledge of PLM software solutions (ideally Teamcenter on the client side, editor or ESN).

Autonomous, rigorous, organized, you know how to manage your priorities.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to talk to different interlocutors.

An operational English will be essential to evolve on the missions which will be proposed to you.

Fluency in French or German would be a plus.
