YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working in close collaboration with the technical teams, you will develop Percall Group’s portfolio in Poland (and not only) focusing on digital transformation solutions (PLM, MES, IoT, AR).
As a sales representative, your missions will be varied, rewarding and carried out independently.
Your responsabilities include
Participating in building new business organization
Building and executing a Go-To-Market model for Poland
Building marketing and communication strategy
Engaging with potential prospects through various communication channels
Building healthy relationships with our customers
Responsibility for assigned quota and AOP
Skills and experience
You have a university degree and at least 3 years of experience in industry, sales or IT, ideally acquired on digital transformation projects in the industrial software sector (B2B sales/pre-sales/consulting).
A profound understanding of industrial methodology and knowledge of PLM, MES or IoT is required.
You are fluent in Polish and English. Other Eastern European languages are an asset (e.g. Czech, Slovak, Hungarian).
You are curious, open-minded and agile. You enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment with a start-up spirit.
Location : flexible location with main office in Warsaw
Contract : Permanent contract to be filled immediately or on notice
